1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/3 cup diced onions
6 cups plum tomatoes diced
6 each fresh basil leaves chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat the oil over medium heat and saute' the onion for 3 minutes.

2. Add the garlic and saute' for 3 minutes more. Add the tomatoes and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add the basil and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes longer.

3. Place sauce in the bowl of a food processor and puree.

4. Return to the heat and let simmer until desired consistency is reached.
