1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1 6 ounce can mushroom or 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a 10 inch frying pan, saute' shrimp and onion in butter over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp are opaque
Add mushrooms and heat
Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper
Stir to mix, reduce heat
Stir in sour cream and cook gently 5 minutes, not allowing mixture to boil
Serve over rice
