6 c. ROLLED OATS
c. CHOPPED ALMONDS
c. CHOPPED PECAN'S
c. CHOPPED WALNUTS
c. RAW SUNFLOWER SEEDS
c. RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS
1/3 c. MAPLE SYRUP
c. HONEY
c. PINEAPPLE JUICE
COOKING SPRAY
c. DRIED CRANBERRIES
c. DRIED BLUEBERRIES
c. DRIED CHERRIES

Directions:
Preheat oven 300
Combined oats, nuts, and seeds in a large bowl. Mix together. Add syrup, honey and pineapple juice and toss well.
Spray cookie sheet and spread mixture evenly on pan.
Bake at 300 for 45 60 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. Toss in dried fruits and cool completely.
Store in an air tight container.

I do not always add all of the fruit, nuts or seeds, just what I have around at the time. Any dried fruit works well.
