1 large can organic diced tomatoes
3 cans organic beans -- black, pinto, kidney, etc
2 cups organic salsa -- mild? medium?
1 T chili powder
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t cayenne

16 oz frozen organic corn

Directions:
Directions:
Stir tomatoes, beans, salsa and spices together. Heat (medium) for a while -- 20 minutes? Stir in corn. Heat until it's all hot and bubbly. Stir as needed to keep it from sticking.

Alternative -- you can put it in the crockpot on low all day and come home to dinner. It's also a great potluck dish.
