1 clove garlic
1/2 small onion
1/2 green pepper
3 ripe tomatoes, quartered
1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/2 cup ice water
croutons
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender, except croutons and sour cream. Cover and blend for 3 to 5 seconds or until cucumber is cup up. Chill in refrigerator, or pour into soup bowls and add an ice cube to each. Serve with croutons and a spoonful of sour cream.
