10 whole baking potatoes, peeled
4 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 grated onion

Grate potatoes fine. Squeeze out juice from potatoes. Add
remaining ingredients. Fry slowly in greased griddle pan until
golden brown on both
sides. Make sure they are cooked through.
Makes 13
