6-7 medium potatoes, baked and cooled
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups scalded milk
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Angostura Bitters
salt and white pepper to taste
pinch of nutmeg

Peel and cube potatoes. Make white sauce. Add cheese then
add sauce to potatoes. Put in sprayed casserole and top with
Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake in 375-400 oven
until boiling hot and slightly crusty on top.
