Ingredients: Equal parts of teriyaki sauce and Italian dressing. It can be used on pork or chicken, and really makes a difference in taste. It doesn't seem to matter whether you marinate it for fifteen minutes, or overnight. I poke holes in the pork chops and chicken, so that it soaks in better. I occasionally use it on steak, but I usually use steak alone

Directions: |
Directions:The number of servings of course depends on how many pieces of chicken or pork chops that you are going to be grilling. I usually use this for a small BBQ. Pour equal amounts of teriyaki sauce and Italian dressing in a baking pan. Mix it up. Put the chicken or pork chops into the mixture. Poke holes in the pieces and turn from time to time. Now they are ready for grilling. Salt, pepper and any other seasonings that you prefer, also. |

Notes: This marinating sauce has never failed me. I think that it compliments the taste of almost every meat without overpowering it.
