3 Cucumbers
3 Tomatoes
1 Onion (Purple)
Black Olives
Olive Oil
Wine Vinegar
6 oz.Feta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers. Slice Tomatoes. Chop onions. You may use black olives, if you like them. I happen to like them. Arrange the cucumbers and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Add the chopped or sliced onion (your preference), to the mix. Add the black olives. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Pour the vinegar and oil over the salad, and toss. Salt and pepper to taste.
