1 bunch of green onions
1 clove garlic
6 oz. of feta cheese
1 pt. of whipping cream
1 filet of lox or smoked salmon
1 1/2 cups of pea
1 8 oz. pkg. of pasta (I use angel hair)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the green onions using the white and the green stem. Chop the garlic. Saute both in olive oil. (You may also use mushrooms for variety.) Cut the lox or smoked salmon into pieces. Lightly saute. Lower heat and add the feta cheese and whipping cream. Stir until the feta cheese chunks have blended. Add 1 1/2 cups of peas (I use frozen.) Cook the pasta separately, according the the package directions. Drain and spray with cold water. Add the pasta the the sauce.

I serve it with garlic toast and a salad. One of my friends adds a touch of brandy to the sauce.
