1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp rubbed sage
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 boneless, pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 T butter or margerine
2 T chopped celery
2 T chopped yellow onion
1/4 C thinly sliced carrot
1/2 C chicken broth
3/4 C herb-seasoned stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients and rub on both sides of pork chops.
2. Melt butter in a skillet to cook pork chops for 5-6min each side or until juices run clear. Transfer to a serving platter and keep warm.
3. In the pan drippings, saute all veggies on medium heat until tender. Stir in broth. Stir on stuffing; heat through. Spoon over chops. Serve immediately.
