1/2 CUP SHORTENING 1 1/4 C BROWN SUGAR- SPLENDA 3/4 C PEANUTBUTTER 1 EGG 3 TBL MILK 1 TBL VANILLA 1 3/4 C FLOUR 3/4 TSP BAKING SODA 3/4 TSP SALT
PREHEAT OVEN 375' CREAM SHORTENING,BROWN SUGAR AND PEANUTBUTTER. STIR IN EGG, MILK AND VANILLA. COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND SALT STIR INTO PEANUTBUTTER MIXTURE. DROP BY ROUNDED SPOONFUL ONTO UN-GREASED COOKIE SHEET BAKE FOR 8 TO 10 MINCOOL ON COOKIE SHEET 5 MIN
