2 TBL ORANGE JUICE
1 TSP GRATED ORANGE PEEL
1/2 NUTMEG
TOSS:
2 CUPS COCONUT
1/2 CUP SUGAR--SPLENDA
1 TSP CINNAMON

FORM MASH POTATO MIXTURE INTO BALLS AROUND 1 LARGE MARSHMALLOW
ROLL IN COCONUT MIXTURE- BALLS SHOULD BE 2-3"
BAKE AT350' FOR 15 TO 20 MIN
