"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
From Honey's typewritten Notes: QUOTE: "This is a plum pudding, made by your Dad's Grandmother Williams' recipe....Tradition in the Sr. Williams family at Christmas (for all except Uncle Fred, who got fruit cake instead).

Steam it in a double boiler until warmed through - takes awhile. Serve at the table (advise small portions) and Pass the Hard Sauce.

Your (Shelley, Mike, Diane, Melissa's) Great Grandmother Williams must have made Tons. All the tradesmen, the doctor, lawyer, yardman, dentist, minister, etc., etc., got one every Christmas! ENJOY!"

(Catherine Shelley Fairbanks Williams - "HONEY."
