1 tablespoon butter
1 large onion, chopped
3 cups cooked chicken
3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1 or 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti, broken
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups half&half or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in soup pot, saute onions til tender. Add all ingredients except milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes. Add milk and return to simmer til hot.
