5 cups diced carrots
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup butter, metled
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 stp salt
Sour Cream
2 cups baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:

Cook the diced carrots until tender.
Drain.
Place in a blender or food processor.
Add cream, butter, garlic, and salt.
Puree until smooth.
In the center of a serving platter, place the pureed carrots in a mound.
Place a dalop of sour cream in the center.
Arrange the baby carrots around it to form the solar disk
