1 lb. round steak
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups beef broth
1 (14 1/4 oz.) can whole tomatoes
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 (15-oz.) can kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into chunks and sear quickly in hot oil. Stir in onions and garlic and cook until onions are tender. Crush and drain tomatoes and add to beef. Stir in rest of ingredients, except beans, into beef. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Drain beans and add to meat. Simmer 20 minutes longer.
