3 tbsp soy source
1 package hot dogs (turkey dog work well also)
1/4 chopped onions
1/4 cup red merlot (any red wine of choice)
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
cut hot dogs in bit size pieces. in frying pan, melt butter and fry hot dog pieces and onions and merlot cook on medium heat for about 15 mins (until hot dog edges turn up). drain.

in frying pan, after drained, turn temp to simmer, add soy souce and hots, cover for 15 mins.

For parties, put into a heated party tray and serve.
