200 g butter
150 g sugar
350 g flour
30 g cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg

Filling:
100 g butter (soft)
200 g sugar
4 eggs
500 g Mascarpone
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
1 bag vanilla pudding (powder)

Directions:
Dough: Prepare a shortbread dough, put in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then press 2/3 (two thirds) of the dough in a round form (d=26cm) on the greased base and 3 - 4 cm high on the rim.

Filling: Beat the ingredients for 2 minutes and pour it onto the dough. The remaining dough put in rough lumps on the filling. Preheat the oven to 175ºC. and bake for 60-70 minutes. To avoid browning of the top, after 30 min. put a sheet of aluminum foil on top.
