1 cup rolled oats
600g low-fat yogurt
2 small apples
2 tbsp of honey
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp coarsly chopped nuts
250g strawberries, quartered (or any berries you like)

Directions:

Night before:
Combine oats, yogurt, apple, honey, cinnamon and nuts in a medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate overnight.

Just before serving, stir strawberries into muesli.
