6-8 boneless pork chops, about ¾ to 1” thick
2/3 cup lemon juice
½ cup olive oil
4 large cloves garlic, minced
2 T dried leaf tarragon, crushed
Seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, and tarragon. Place chops in a large, sealable food storage bag; pour marinade mixture over pork chops. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (or overnight). Drain pork chops; discard marinade. Place pork chops on rack in broiler pan; sprinkle with a little seasoned salt (Cajon seasoning is great for this). Broil 4-5 inches from heat for about 5-6 min or until golden brown. Turn pork chops and sprinkle again with a little seasoned salt. Broil 5-6 minutes or until pork chops are done.
