1 lb Lean ground beef
1 egg
1 C. Cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1/2 C. Ketchup
Garlic powder, to taste
Lawry's seasoning, to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, add Garlic powder and Lawry's seasoning to taste.
Place mixture in a loaf pan and Bake at 350º for 20 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for additional 20-25 minutes.
