8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
3/4 C. Salsa-Divided (I use medium Old El Paso)
~1 C. lettuce, shredded or chopped
2-3 Green onions, chopped
1 small Tomato, chopped
1 C. Sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl whip Cream cheese and 1/2 of the Salsa together until combined. Spread mixture evenly on a plate. Spread the remaining Salsa over the Cream cheese mixture. Prior to serving, layer lettuce, cheese, green onion and tomato on top of Salsa. If desired, garnish with sliced olives.
Serve with your favorite chips.
