1 Package of Frozen chopped spinach
1 cup of mayo
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove
optional - quartered artichokes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 325º. Defrost frozen spinach. (important - drain spinach until dry, if not the dip becomes watery). Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Spread mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Good with tostitos, fritos and bread.
