1 (15 ounce) can black beans rinsed and drained
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup light or no fat sour cream
4 ounces (1 cup) chedder cheese, shredded
1/2 medium (1/2 cup) tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon sliced green onion

In small bowl mash beans; stir in salsa. On medium serving platter spread bean mixture. Layer with sour cream, cheese, tomato and green onion. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr before serving. Serve with veggies or chips
