4 baking apples,
1/2 cup brown sugar packed,
4 teaspoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Remove core from apples and place upright in baking dish. Place two tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon margarine and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon in the center of each apple. Pour water into baking dish to 1/4 inch depth. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, or until tender. Slice apples if you please.
