1 c. mayo
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

1-2 heads of broccoli, cut up into bite sizes
1 head cauliflower, cut up into bite sizes
6-12 bacon strips, fried crisp

1 med onion, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. cashews, chopped coarsely

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. Combine remaining ingredeints and then mix with dressing.
