1/2 c water
2 c boiling, salted water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve atole flour in 1/2 c water in a medium-sized bowl or saucepan. Add to boiling, salted water and cook for about 3 minutes at medium heat stirring often and briskly. Serve thickened mixture with warm milk and sugar.
