1 large can V-8 juice
2 large cucumbers, peeled
1 small red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. fresh cilantro
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
2 large tomatoes, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in food blender or processor and blend until desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold.
