1 onion chopped
1-pound ground beef
1 16oz stewed tomatoes
1 17oz can corn, not drained
1 c sour cream
1 c cornmeal
Small can sliced black olives
Salt to taste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 small can diced green chilies
2 c shredded jack or cheddar cheese

Brown onions and ground beef, drain fat, add tomatoes, corn, sour cream, cornmeal, olives, salt and cheese. Stir thoroughly, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Top with rest of cheese. I put in casserole dish after; until firm-then add cheese before serving.
