2 Ibs shrimp 1 cup celery 4 onions (spring) 6 eggs (hard boiled) 2 carrots 1 cucumber juice of 1/2 lemon
Boil shrimp for three minutes in salted water. Cool and shuck. Mince celery, onions, carrots, cucumber and eggs. Combine this with shrimp and add lemon juice. Toss boiled shrimp in dressing and serve cold on lettuce leaf.
