1 Lb beef stew meat in cubes
2 medium onions chopped
1/4 t dry mustard
1 1/4 t paprika
2 T brown sugar
1 1/4 t salt
3 T worcestershire sauce
3/4 t vinegar
6 T ketchup
1 1/2 c water
3 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in pan on stove top, add onions. Mix mustard, paprika, brown sugar and salt. Combine worcestershire, vinegar, ketchup. Add to mustard mixture, add to meat. Add 1 cup water, stir and cover. Cook over low heat for 2 1/2 hours. Blend flour w/ remaining 1/2 cup water, add to meat,. stir until thick. Serve over egg noodles
