1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup ground beef 1 onion 3 stalks celery 1 green pepper 1 bay leaf 1 clove garlic minced 12 slices white bread 2 cups chicken stock 2 eggs salt and pepper 1 tsp poultry seasoning
Sautee ground beef in oil for 5-10 minutes until brown. Chop onion, celery, and green pepper coarse and add to pan with 1 bay leaf and garlic. Sautee 5-10 more minutes. In a large bowl, mix bread torn into pieces,chicken stock, eggs, salt and pepper, and poultry seasoning. Add meat and veggies to bowl and mix well. Bake 30-40 minutes in a greased pan at 400º
