For Salad:
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 lb. Fresh mushrooms
1 bunch green onions

For marinade:
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Celery seed
1 T. onion powder
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil (a bit much! maybe 2/3-3/4 c.)
1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up broccoli and mushrooms into bite sized pieces. Chop green onions. Place all ingredients into a large bowl. Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over items in bowl. Let marinate for one hour and serve.
