1 (6.5 oz) jar marinated artichokes hearts, drained and chopped.
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cups grated Romano cheese
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chili peppers
1 (4 oz) can chopped black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl mix the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1/2 cup Romano, cream cheese, green chili peppers and olives. Scoop mixture into a pie pan or medium baking pan. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of each cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned. Serve warm.
