6 whole eggs 4/3 stick butter Melted 2 1/4 cups sugar 1 cup pecans 1 tsp lemon extract Juice of half a lemon 8 inch unbaked pie crust
Mix ingredients in order listed. Do not use mixer. Just mix well. Pour into pie shell. Place in a preheated 350º oven and bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300º and bake until crust is browned and pie is set.
