2 cups All Purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
5 tbsp melted Crisco or butter

Directions:

Sit dry ingredients together
Beat egg whites in a separate bowl.

Put milk, egg yokes in flour mixture--mix don't beat and Crisco and fold in egg whites- Cook

I make these ahead of time put in the freezer in bags. Just pop in the toaster and they are ready.Just ask Justus.. He loves them
