Fresh standing rib roast 1lb per person
fresh garlic
parsley
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rub seasonings over roast . Stand the roast in the roasting pan up on the bones .Bone side down .
Cover the bottom of the roasting pan with water . Put the roast in 500 ║preheated oven for about 30 min . , untill all sides are brown .
Turn oven down to 325 ║and bake for 15 to 20 minutes per pound 9 (also , you can check the doneness with a meat thermometer 155║.
