Ingredients:  
1 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp . baking soda
1 cup of oil 3 eggs
1 tsp.cinnimon 1/2 tsp. salt
2cups flour 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 tsp. vanilla
4 apples , peeled and sliced( I prefer Granny Smith)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients.
Mix dry ingredients .
Combine the two and mix well .
Add apples and nuts , mix lightly .
Bake for about an hour in 350 preheated oven .
