2 cans chopped clams
c olive or vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1 package penne pasta
2 cans 14 1/2 oz Italian stewed tomatoes
1 tsp red chili flakes (can use more depending on your desire for spice)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic, add parsley, salt, clams, stewed tomatoes and chili flakes, simmer. Cook paste. Very simple and fast dinner.
