Yellow onions
saltine crackers
flour
2 -3 eggs with a little milk for mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Slice yellow onions into rings
Crush saltines in plastic bag
Put equal amount of flour into plastic bag
Dip onion rings into egg mixture
Dip same rings into flour and back into egg mixture
Coat with saltines crackers
Fry in a large pan with about 1 inch of oil, a few at at time
