1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
6 oz. small curd cottage cheese
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, eggs, cottage cheese, salt and corn muffin mix. Prepare broccoli by package directions. Add broccoli and chopped onion to the other mix. Pour into a greased pan (13x9x2) or baking dish. Bake at 400º for 35 minutes or until browned.
