16 oz. can refried beans
8 oz. prepared guacamole (or make your own)
1 1/4 oz. pkg. dry taco mix
16 oz. sour cream
2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend
small can sliced black olives
1 ripe tomato
thinly sliced green onion
optional - sliced jalapenos

Directions:
Directions:
Spread refried beans on a 12" round serving platter, spread the guacamole over the beans. In a medium bowl mix the sour cream & taco seasoning, spread over the guacamole, sprinkle with cheese and top with the tomatoes, olives and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips or large corn chips.
