4 lamb shanks (or chops)
1/2 C. brandy
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/2 C. honey
2 T. oil
2 T. butter
1 large onion, sliced
2 carrots, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade lamb shanks overnight in brandy, soy sauce and honey mixed. Remove and save marinade. Brown shanks (or chops) in hot oil. Put in roaster pan. Pour marinade over it. Add onions and carrots. Cover. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350.
