2 lbs. ground beef
2 green peppers (chopped)
2 large onions (chopped)
3 small cans of tomato paste
3 small cans (16 oz.) tomatoes
1/2 can chili powder
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 quart of water
spaghetti noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef with water in large pot (just enough water to cover the beef); let it boil until tender. Fry chopped onions and green peppers in wesson oil for about 5 minutes, until onion is clear. Add to ground beef mixture. Mash up tomatoes (unless they are already chopped.) Add tomatoes to beef; also add one qaurt of water. Add tomato paste one can at a time -- that is to say, add a can and then let it cook for awhile, then add another can, etc. Stir occasionally. Simmer until desired consistency. Serve over spaghetti.
