2 cups coconut flesh
3/4 cup coconut water
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp Nama Shoyu
2 tsp lime juices

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Add more coconut water if needed to blend thoroughly. consistency should be pourable yet not runny. If too thick add more water, if too thin add more coconut flesh. Pour onto teflex sheet and spread evenly thorught sheet. Dehydrate @ 126º overnight. When crisp adn ready, peel, roll off shee and roll up. Place in plastic bag until ready to use.
