1 CAN OF CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CAN OF MUSHROOMS
1 SMALL CAN OF FRENCH FRIED ONIONS
1/2 CUP OF SOUR CREAM

FLAKY BISCUITS CUT IN HALF

1 EGG
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
SALT

Directions:
COOK HAMBURGER. DRAIN FAT FROM PAN. ADD MUSHROOM SOUP, MUSHROOMS, 1/.2 CUP OF SOUR CREAM AND 2/3 CAN OF FRENCH FRIED ONIONS AND HEAT TOGETHER.
POUR INTO 9 X 9 PAN.
PLACE FLAKY BISCUITS, CUT SIDE DOWN AROUND THE EDGE AND IN THE CENTER OF THE PAN.
MIX TOGETHER EGG, 1/2 CUP OF SOUR CREAM AND SALT. POUR OVER BISCUITS. TOP WITH REMAINING FRENCH FRIED ONIONS.
BAKE UNCOVERED AT 375 FOR 30 MINUTES.
