2 cups dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp. worcestershire
1 tsp dry mustard
4 whole chicken breasts (halved)

Preheat oven to 350 Line 9 x 13 baking dish with foil. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl & mix thoroughly. Melt butter, then add worcestershire & mustard. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then in crumb mixture, coating well. Arrange chicken in baking dish. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Bake 50 - 60 minutes.
