1 pound butter or margarine 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 5 cups flour 1 t almond extract
Mix butter and sugar. Add almond extract, eggs, and flour. Put in cookie press and shape in the letter S. Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes or until light brown. May use half of recipe if smaller amount is desired. This is a Swedish recipe.
