3 TBS Flour 3/4 C Sugar 3/4 C Vinigar 1 1/2 C Water 1/2 lb Bacon 1 Onion chopped 5 lbs Salad Potatos
Boil Potatos with skin on until tender, remove skins and slice. Fry bacon until well done, add onion and saute. Add flour and stir for 2 minutes, add sugar, vinigar and water stir. Continue cooking, stirring constantly until thickened. Add potatos serve warm.
